Service Agreement

The following terms and conditions apply to general website design and web application development services offered by Hamsikha Technologies. By ordering services from Hamsikha Technologies you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

• Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse to construct a web site which we may judge as unfit due to content (adult oriented, hate speech, copyright infringement, etc.).
• Commencement: Work starts based on a mutually agreed date. Acceptance of a commission is deemed a contractual agreement.
• Copyright: All material provided by Hamsikha Technologies (HTML, graphics, code) remains our property until full payment is received.
• Client Content: Material supplied by the client is assumed to be their property and free from copyright breach.
• Browser Compatibility: We design for popular current browsers but cannot guarantee performance in future versions released after project completion.
• Search Engine Listings: We cannot guarantee placement or listing in search engines/directories.
• Project Completion: Once a project meets agreed criteria and is approved on our demo server, final payment is due before publishing to the client's live server.
• Delays & Cancellations: Excessive delays in providing content may attract extra charges. If a project is cancelled, work done cannot be used by the client.
• Payments: Expected within 7 days of invoice date.
• Maintenance: Updates and maintenance are separate commissions and are not included in the initial design contract unless specified.
