Hamsikha technologies provides customized designing and developments based on clients voice. Hamsikha technologies collect complete information like onsite photos, body content etc., regarding client websites then after we start the development. So Hamsikha Technologies not responsible regarding on any website content of our clients. It's purly clients responsibilty only. Just we provide the service based on clients voice only. But if we know about clients given any fake or false content we definitly removed the content on website immediatly without any prior notice to our clients and also if need remove the domain along with content.

If pornography is found on our server, the offending domain will be deleted immediately with no warning and no refunds of money will be given. Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Hamsikha Technologies Web Designing Company servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. No warez, illegal MP3, Video downloads or gaming sites.

Hamsikha Technologies Design will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
