Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Hamsikha Technologies is committed to delivering premium quality software development, web designing, and digital consulting services. Each custom project is governed by a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between the client and Hamsikha Technologies, defining milestones, deliverables, timelines, and specific acceptance criteria.

Project Cancellation & Termination

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing custom development services in accordance with the terms specified in their project agreement. For monthly recurring services (such as SEO maintenance, server administration, or social media management), cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

As custom software and web design services involve dedicated engineering hours and resources, payments for completed milestones or hours worked are non-refundable. For subscription-based services (like Web Hosting, standard SEO packages, and Web Promotions), clients may request a cancellation and refund within 5 days of service activation, subject to a minimum administrative processing fee (domain registration and setup fees are non-refundable). Approved refunds are processed and credited to the original payment source within 5 business days.
